The basic activity of Merty Energy INC,

1. Oil and gas ,geothermal, coal and mine exploration services,
2. Education and consultancy services to oil and gas, geothermal, coal and mine exploration,
3. Exploration, drilling and production services,
4. Logistics services for energy sector,
5. Research & Development services for energy sector,

Basic activities defined above are carried out by Merty Energy or Merty Energy’s sub-contractor service units in accordance with applicable laws.

In all activities, Merty Energy takes the employee as the most valuable being and recognizes the reducing of all kinds of loses as first priority of work by developing a safer and healthier operation site.

Merty Energy believes that prevention of accidents and ill health, and protection of the environment are essential to the efficient operation of its business.

Health, safety and environmental protection are responsibilities shared by everyone working for the company, and the full support of Merty Energy staff, alliance partners, and contractors is vital to the successful implementation of this policy.

HSE issues are the integral part of the Merty Energy managing system (Integrated Managing System). Therefore, all divisions and departments are obliged to,

1. Prevent accident and occupational diseases,
2. Prevent damages to property and loss of assets due to accident
3. Strive for continuous improvement in HSE performance and HSE activity,
4. Minimize adverse effects of its operations on the environment,
5. Comply with the requirements of all applicable legal rules and regulations and those related to the basic activity in the operation site, in the whole country as well as abroad.

This HSE policy has been published and is well known to all Merty Energy employees and other involved parties.
